The Mac + iPod Discovery Week @ City Square, JB, MY, 25 Feb - 1 Mar

The Mac+iPod Discovery Week roadshow makes its way south to Johor Bahru to showcase the best that Macs and iPods have to offer, as well as the best accessories to complement these gizmos. On top of distributing free copies of our magazine, JUNK will also be organising performances by local indie bands The Rhaman, Statik and Lovely Carnations on Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1 March.

Mac and iPod owners can bring their beloved devices along for a free 12-point check-up at the Service Spa. There will also be a booth dedicated to RAM upgrades for Macs. All you aspiring musicians will be pleased to know that Roland is once again running a booth showcasing Apple’s GarageBand software. Take part in the jamming and singing sessions for the public, made authentic with a voice recording room equipped with drums, guitar and bass.

Calling all wannabe models! Professional photographers Ecaz Studio will be conducting a free photo shoot with the help of Apple’s iPhoto software with one free print per person. You better get working on those moves–the most creative poser will win an iPod!  Visitors will also have the opportunity to test drive an iPod for up to two hours. Motoring fans delight! There will be a vintage Volkswagen with iPod integration on display.
