Feedback Friday: What are you looking forward to MOST at Sunburst?
After almost a full year of speculation, criticisms, celebrations, more criticisms, more celebrations, more speculations, etc, Malaysia's Sunburst KL International Music Festival finally arrives tomorrow. As the lineup can testify, it looks like there'll be something for everyone–the moshpit muggles, the soul sistahs, the rap rabblers, the indie, uh, indiers, and those who are there for nothing but the beer, babes and beer. Oh, and the beer.
So as we countdown to tomorrow, we're wondering: What's got you buzzing the most? Some established international act worthy of stadiums or a lesser known one whose MySpace streams have perked your ears? Or is it not even the music, but you actually spent your (daddy's) moolah just for the chance to show your new Forever 21 blouse to the festival world? Or is it your chance to hook up with old mates and pass out in the toilets? Or do you hope to get a spot in Junk's gallery?

watching interesting trailer and get disappointed by the movie itself and announcing erykah badu as headliner but cancelled it the day before are two totally different scenarios, moron.
and if angelina jolie appears in a movie poster but ends up not acting in the movie, i'm pretty everyone can sue the company.
and you yourself are whining and bitching about people who are whining and bitching, hypocrite.
whats the point of having a mosh pit when the bands are not metalcore / deathmetal kinnda stuff
support local acts? good but rock the world only cost less like what rm30 for longer acts? the international artist who came tak full set only like 30mins, dah lar tak full lineup isk, so for me if its only rm100 or rm120 max, its not worth more than that for sure, very dissapointing!

when it comes to movies - they pick and edit all the happening action scenes making YOU think that it's gonna be a cool movie. so you go in, you discover that the movie is not as interesting as the trailer. so how? sue the producer ah. scold them? send la email to them if you are so smart.
i think you all should just freaking chill out.
it is as simple as you don't wanna go then don't go la.

- kalau beli kereta tu ada agreement. dia org tulis - kancil ke bmw ke kelisa ke. tertulis. agreement. black & white. kalau org nak caya sama video montage ke, ataupun ada persepsi yg tak sama ke - org tu punya masalah kan? beli ticket concert takde agreement. kalau u takut sangat orang tipu kat you ni, dok sahlah keluar lagi. mungkin lain kali u tengok wayang nampak poster macam angelina jolie. tapi bila wayang start - monyet yang jadi star. ah apa macam?
okay, i was at the first press conference and after they announced n.e.r.d they had this video montage of the possible artistes playing and from tht short visual they showed lupe fiasco, prodigy, coldplay and erykah badu's pics...so i think they're still responsible of creating the rumours
yes, i will still be going to sunburst and enjoy it but it is utterly disappointing and sad to anxiously wait for erykah badu's performance only to have my hopes crushed...apparently she confirmed that she's performing in texas early last week but why did pineapple just announced it yesterday? a bit babi for them to do that innit?
is not them tat make all the hype bout da big acts c'min is us tat make rumor tat they r c'min..but thn coldplay prodigy n lupe is another story.
i agree with wan hundred percent.
pineapple should have gotten their shit together, they had a whole year to plan. and they shouldnt have got all that hype about big acts coming before actually confirming whether they could get those big acts to come. thats when people likeus start to get all over the top, and when nobody's coming, they get shits like this thrown at them.
serves them right, i think. i really hope this doesn't happen again. huge fuckin disappointment.
