Updated: Ratatat KL date in May most likely
Two Fridays ago we brought up the rumour of Ratatat having a KL date in late May. And we can almost confirm that the New York-based instrumental electronic duo will play a gig for their Malaysian fans on Thursday 28 May. How do we know? Because Junk might be hosting it!!!
The pair are currently having tour dates in Asia, including those in China and Hong Kong after a tour around Australia. So far the last Asian date shown on their MySpace is 23 May, but being the "gig insiders" that we are, it's very possible that dates are still being considered for Singapore and, of course, Malaysia! So fans of the kookie two-piece, keep yer fingers crossed.
If Ratatat really hits Malaysia, which local act would you like to see open for them? Nao? The Otherside Orchestra? Twilight Actiongirl? Tell us! (Who knows, you might just get what you want...)
