Flirts
Inside The Heart
(Independent)
Ah, a throwback. The first track on Flirts’ Inside The Heart, ‘Whatever’, harks back to the sunny halcyon days of 1996, Pete & Pete and DIY hippie kookiness. But again–and it seems to be a running theme this month–the vocalist Caer sounds unconfident when singing in English and thus, is only really able to shine on ‘Pesona Bintang’. Which is unfortunate, since the band actually know how to write songs (retrograde as the notion is). But it’s nothing production, and probably a linguistic rethink, cannot fix.

I am no where related to the band..
I am not even thier fan..
I heard thier stuffs..
They seem to be trying to bring out something they are not meant to do. Like If they know Thier English Is bad, They should just sing and write lyrics in Malay where they excel. But this is just a two Cents froma person who heard thier stuffs. BUt then Again, I would like to know who is Jason is and what makes him tick as a reviewer?? Is he even qualified to be one??
