Meuzer is a new music search engine that allows you to type in any song name, and have that song start playing immediately without having to navigate away to another site.
Essentially, the site works by scouring YouTube, Imeem and other sources for the song you have requested, and then displays a whole bunch of results on the page. Clicking on any of the results will open up the song, which can then be played within that same window. If it comes from YouTube, the video will play. If you sign in with your Facebook ID, you can create playlists and share it with others.
While the idea isn't entirely unique, what makes Meuzer a little bit more special is it seems to be able to find literally ANY song, including those "obscure" ones from these measly South East Asian parts. For that alone, it gets multiple scoops of ice cream. For unveiling some brill Out Of Body Special tunes, it gets a choc fudge topping. And for being able to find ancient Alleycats songs, it gets a whole bucket of whipped cream. Yummay.
Try it out. Seriously, it hasn't failed us (yet). Visit www.meuzer.com to find out more.
