White Rabbits
It's Frightening
(TBD)
From the opening 'Percussion Gun' (which sounds more like a percussion cannon), you know White Rabbits have done something different. There was nothing wrong with Fort Nightly. But where their debut was text book, White Rabbits take off their figurative shoes and soak their feet in water for their sophomore effort. Stephen Patterson sings like a man disturbed, with a voice big enough to compete with the double-barrelled drum section, which adds a healthy dose of relevance via the volume (somehow). And why not? If you have two drummers, why not create a fucking racket? It would be madness otherwise.
