UPDATE: Beyoncé I Am… World Tour Live in Malaysia postponed
You can't not call her persistent. If you can't catch Beyoncé at F1 Rocks in Singapore, you can catch her in Malaysia! She'll make her debut just over a year after she was forced to cancel her show due to a wee tiffle with religious groups in the country.
Don't they learn? Don't make Beyoncé angry; you won't like it when she's angry (she turns into Sasha). The I Am... Tour will see Beyonce churn out her Kanye-approved hits from last year's I Am...Sasha Fierce. The details:

Beyonce “I am…” World Tour Live in Malaysia 2009 Has Been Re-scheduled
Kuala Lumpur, 19 October 2009 – The Organisers regret to inform you that Beyonce “I am…” concert originally scheduled on Sunday, 25 October 2009 at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur has been postponed to a future date, to be announced shortly.
The official postponement press statement by Beyonce’s Artiste Management, Music World will be released by this week. The postponement is solely decision of the Artiste and has nothing to do with other external reasons.
The Organisers sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Fans whom have purchased tickets but can’t wait for the announcement of the new date, may proceed to refund starting from 26 October 2009 to 14 November 2009 at Ticket Axcess head office in PJ. poor malaysia really lah. if got concert also, 2x the price of singaporean concerts. mosaic music fest in 2010 will have a lot of freaking great international artists who can DRESS HOWEVER THEY WANT, and all the starved malaysian music lovers would have no choice but to travel down south... they mana akan pi malaysia lah? so restrictive...................... so third world! we'll stick to our taiwanese pop bands and entertainers like michael learns to rock lor, and of course hardcore local screamer punk bands HAHA
You poor poor Malaysians.. Having to wait for Mrs B after us, SIngaporeans had the priviledge of already catching her live. What's the use in her performing there anyway? It'll just be a stripped down less-geleking allowed,no-sexy-costumes-changes show anyway

damn, as depressing as that may sound i think that's what's going down...i somehow had this nagging feeling that this was too good to be true just like the prospect of seeing Erykah Badu at Sunburst...it's all just a dream
I bet the organizers proceeded to sell the tix anyway hoping that an agreement will be reached with Ms Thunder Thighs coming to terms with Malaysia's rules. I think there was never a concert to begin with as Malaysia was never listed on her official website since the day I heard about her concert!
Oh well, Malaysians can always rely on Michael Learns to Zzzzzzzzz
