A heads up for you. We hear that the quirky Florence + The Machine and avant-gardists The xx are coming down the Singapore way in February 2010, as part of the Aussie St Jerome's Laneway Festival!
And here's a spooky trick you can try at home if you don't believe us.

who are these nice people that are bringing in Laneway? and when is it going to be officially announced?
The XX cancelled 4 upcoming european gigs due to "exhaustion". what the hell!! they have prompted rumours of a split after performing a concert in london without guitarist, Baria Quereshi.
i dont think theyll do that cause Laneway is traditionally one of the most value for money festivals around. i think they know what theyre doing and they must be nice people if theyre bringing it to Singapore. damn im so excited !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111
yeh i emailed them a while back when i first read they were going to bring it over.
they said details come out later this month.
they better not try and stooge us with super high prices coz its only like 115 AUD.
Echo & The Bunnymen!!! and a whole lot of other cool bands. so many good bands in onde day!This is undoubtedly the most exciting line-up announcement St Jerome’s Laneway Festival has made in its five-year history. and its coming to Singapore!! this is soooo cool! way better than that shitty singfest. and listen up guys....its not going to be at that pathetic FCpark or that durian or whatever they call it. seriously i cant wait for this to happen.
