The band, who recently won the Knockout Award at the MTV Asia Awards 2008 in Genting Highlands, will be joined by other artists to be announced shortly. Other MTV EXIT Concert events will take place on 22 November at Ochheuteal Beach in Sihanoukville and 29 November at the Football Stadium in Kampong Cham while the finale on 12 December will be held at the Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh.

The MTV EXIT Concert is a collaborative effort by MTV Networks in Asia, the MTV Europe Foundation and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) to raise awareness and increase prevention of human trafficking. The Cambodian tour is just the first leg of the seven national campaigns in Asia, so stay tuned for future events and tours coming near you!

Update (as of 24 Nov): Placebo, Duncan Sheik and Kate Miller-Heidke have been announced as artists who will join the lineup for MTV EXIT.

Thanks MTV and TC5! Thanks for reaching out to bring awareness to such a necessary cause. Human Trafficking is still happening today and we need to protect the lives of those who would be sold into virtual slavery. We need to try to protect the freedoms of all poeple. Can't wait to see the video of this concert set at such an awe inspiring location..
